Returns

What is your return policy?

How do I return a qualifying item?

Email fetchory@gmail.com to receive an RMA number and we will determine if your item is eligible for return. If yes, we will send you a follow up email with instructions.

What is an RMA?

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued to you when you request a return. This allows us to work quickly with suppliers and distributors.

Which items are not eligible for return?

This varies depending on the supplier of the item(s). Assume that edibles, personal care, grooming and cleaning products, and pet beds are not eligable for return.

Do you replace broken items?

If an item arrives to you defective or clearly damaged we will work with the supplier to replace or exchange your item.

How long do I have to return an eligible item?

Our suppliers each have unique return policies. Eligible items may be returned within 10-30 days upon receipt pending supplier policy. Email fetchory@gmail.com right away if you wish to recieve an RMA number for a return.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, Meta, GooglePay, Paypal, Shop, Diners Club, and Venmo.

Do you collect my payment information?

We do not collect or store your card information. Please view our Return Policy page for more details and our Privacy Policy page for information we do collect.

How do I opt out of my information being shared with third parties?

Absolutely. Simply go to our Opt Out page and enter your email address at the bottom of the page.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

To unsubscribe from Fetchory emails and promotions, simply click the "Unsubscribe" button in the last email sent to you from us.

Products

Where do your products ship from?

Currently, all of our products ship from warehouses in the United States.

Do you have samples of edibles?

Some suppliers do offer paid samples of their products. Email fetchory@gmail.com with the product information you'd like to test with your pet and we'll do our best to get you a sample product. Shipping and processing fees may apply.

Where are your products made?

The majority of our suppliers are in the United States. Suppliers may outsource to other countries for supplies to make their products.

Can I buy bulk supplies?

We are currently working on creating a bulk order supply page for vendors, groomers, boutiques, and other small business.
