Returns
Fetchory is a dropshipping company that works with multiple suppliers and vendors within the United States. Because of this, not all items are eligible for return. To determine if your item is eligible for a return, please carefully review our policies below.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be in the original packaging and must include ALL tags.
Regrettably, sale items do not qualify for returns or exchanges. We can only return regular priced items.
In order to complete a successful return we require proof of purchase, which includes your invoice or receipt which must include your order number. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer, otherwise we will not be able to refund your item.
Ineligible items for returns include perishable items such as all edibles, personal care, grooming and cleaning products, or pet beds.
Return Authorization Number (RAN)
To return an item for any reason you must be issued an official RAN. No returns will be accepted without an assigned RAN.
To request an RAN for an item purchased according to the supplier’s return policy, please email us directly at fetchory@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reasoning for requested return.
Please include your RAN, provided by us, on the outside of the package you’re returning, and/or on the invoice provided to you with your original order. This will help expedite the return & exchange process.
All returns must be received WITHIN the allotted amount of time given by the supplier after we have issued your RAN (the day we emailed your RAN).
Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Time frame of refunded credit may vary.
A partial refund may be granted when an eligible item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We can only exchange or replace items if they are defective or were received by you with noticeable damage. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please send an email to fetchory@gmail.com with photo evidence of defectiveness or damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs relating to all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Neither the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost, will be repaid or credited.
We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for refunded items lost in transit.
Additional Information
Fetchory reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings, and any information changed or provided by suppliers without prior notice.
If a product is sold out, Fetchory has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid via original form of payment or store credit. Fetchory will also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Taxes & Duties
Local charges such as sales tax and customs duty may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Payments
All products remain as the property of Fetchory until full payment is made. Full price is described as the full cost of purchase made at the specific date and time of purchase via the Fetchory website.
Shipping costs, payment fees, and taxes/duties where applicable, are shown to you before confirmation of purchase.
If you are under the age of 18 years old, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to make any purchase from Fetchory. Fetchory will not be held responsible or legally liable for any purchases made by a minor.
All financial transfers and transactions conducted through Fetchory are handled and processed through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your privacy and protection. Card information is not stored without your consent and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Please read the Terms & Conditions for the payment gateway chosen by you for all transactions as these third party gateways are responsible for all transactions made. You will not hold Fetchory responsible or liable for unauthorized purchases, stolen cards, emails or login information associated with payments, or any other misuse of funds.
